 Since 1986, Nemox has been designing and manufacturing gelato and sorbet machines in Italy, for both professional and home use.

In over 35 years of business, we have manufactured and distributed more than 7 million machines in over 180 countries, establishing ourselves as a global leader in the industry.

Caffe Shop Ltd was founded by Raj Beadle in 2009. 

We are the Authorised Exclusive IMPORTER AND DISTRIBUTOR of GAGGIA Milano home coffee machines, coffee and accessories in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The company employs Gaggia-trained engineers in repairing and servicing of Gaggia machines. 

Our company trades as Gaggia UK - The official registered name of the company is Caffe Shop Ltd. We carry an extensive range of Gaggia coffee machines. We SELL, REPAIR and SERVICE Gaggia home coffee machines.

Gaggia's Gelatiera Ice Cream maker still adorns kitchens all over the world.  Although Gaggia does not produce or market Ice Cream machines any more, we are asked for help by lots of Gaggia Ice Cream machine owners. As Nemox is an Italian company specialising in Ice Cream Machines, we have agreed to partner with them in the UK to bring a range of Nemox Gelato machines.

 We are based in Elland, West Yorkshire, about 3 minutes from Junction 24 of the M62 Motorway. We have plenty of parking within our premises and a convenient and friendly Factory Shop and Sales Office. Why not drop in and see us. You can visit us, by appointment during week days. We are also available during week days on ZOOM. You can meet us on zoom between 9am and 5pm during week days.
